  • Where Yoga meets Journaling

    Join us for a unique experience that blends the calming flow of yoga with the reflective practice of journaling. In this session, you’ll be guided through three flowing yoga poses, each accompanied by thoughtful journal prompts to enhance your mindfulness and self-discovery.

    What to Expect:
    - Guided yoga flow incorporating breath and movement.
    - Three journal prompts to inspire reflection and deepen your practice.
    - A serene environment to nurture your mind and body.

  • What’s a Somatic Yoga Flow? 
    A somatic yoga flow is a gentle, introspective practice that focuses on connecting the mind and body. It incorporates movement, breath, and awareness to help you explore your physical sensations and emotions, allowing for deeper relaxation and healing.

    Tuesday Nights 6:45pm

  • I travel to you to provide a Yoga flow thats designed for you and your guests. BONUS I’ll even bring a Salad Board or individual salads.

  • I create the most delicious salads every Sunday and deliver them Mondays.

    Salads in a Jar have a 7 day shelf life, perfect healthy option to grab and go.

    Salads in bowl form have 3 day shelf live.
